SOL 30A was designed to bring the feel of an upscale boutique hotel and resort into the privacy of your own vacation home.**

The first floor sets the tone with a hotel-lobby-inspired game room featuring pool, shuffleboard, arcade games, a custom glass ping-pong table, and wet bar. Just beyond, a covered outdoor lounge connects the game room to the pool with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, surround sound, and a summer kitchen with built-in grill.

The covered lounge opens seamlessly to the resort-style pool, framed by coordinated umbrellas, loungers, hammocks, a tanning ledge, and hot tub — bringing the entire indoor-outdoor experience together in one incredible space.

📍 LOCATION

One of SOL 30A’s best features is the location. Beach access is directly across the street, making it easy to come and go from the Gulf throughout the day without loading up the car.

Just a 5-minute walk away is Stinky’s Fish Camp, a 30A favorite for seafood, brunch, and live music. Walk over for brunch, head back for an afternoon by the pool, or enjoy dinner and live music without worrying about driving.

Beach days, great food, and 30A nightlife are all within easy reach.

🏡🏡 TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP?

SOL 30A can be booked together with neighboring SWAY 30A for an even larger private retreat. Reserve both homes and a 20-foot opening between the backyards can connect the two properties, creating one expansive private retreat for larger groups and wedding parties.

When booked individually, each home and backyard remain completely private.

- Primary renter must be 30 years or older (exceptions considered upon request)
- Parties, weddings, and events require prior approval (additional fees may apply)
- Pool heating available for an additional weekly fee
- A valid credit card is required for all reservations

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
