When The Estate is booked together, the 20'+ backyard opening connects both sides into one expansive retreat — two pools, two hot tubs, two game lounges, two outdoor kitchens, and endless ways for your group to spread out or come together.

The Estate puts your group right in the heart of the 30A experience.

Beach access is directly across the street, making it easy for everyone to come and go from the Gulf throughout the day without coordinating cars or departure times.

Just a 5-minute walk away is Stinky’s Fish Camp, a 30A favorite for seafood, brunch, and live music. Walk over for brunch, return for an afternoon around the pools, or head back for dinner and music.

When you want to explore farther along 30A, two six-seater golf carts are included.

📋 HOUSE RULES & BOOKING INFORMATION

- Primary renter must be 30 years or older; exceptions considered upon request
- Parties, weddings, and events require prior approval; additional fees may apply
- Pool heating available for an additional weekly fee
- Valid credit card required for all reservations

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
